Reviewers Sertificates/Voucher

The International Journal of Disaster Risk Management (IJDRM) highly values the time, expertise, and professionalism of its peer reviewers. To recognize this contribution and support our reviewer community, IJDRM provides the following benefits for completed reviews:

1) Official Reviewer Certificate

All reviewers who complete at least one review will receive an official “Certificate of Reviewing” issued by the journal. Certificates can be used for academic records, annual evaluations, promotions, and professional portfolios.

2) €10 Voucher for Publication Fee (APC Discount)

For each completed peer review (submitted through OJS and marked as completed), the reviewer receives a €10 voucher that can be used as a discount toward the publication fee (APC) for an accepted manuscript.

Voucher rules:

  • The voucher is issued only after the review is completed and submitted on time.

  • The voucher is applicable only to APC/publication fees (it is not a cash payment and cannot be exchanged for money).

  • The voucher can be used by the reviewer (author) or, if needed, by a manuscript in which the reviewer is an author/co-author (as confirmed by the editorial office).

  • Vouchers are non-transferable unless approved by the editorial office.

  • Multiple vouchers may be combined for the same accepted manuscript (where applicable), up to the total APC amount.

  • The voucher does not apply to submission or review stages (IJDRM does not charge submission or peer-review fees).

3) How to Receive Your Certificate and Voucher

After your review is submitted and confirmed as completed, the editorial office will send:

  • your reviewer certificate (PDF), and

  • your voucher code/value confirmation (€10 per completed review), with instructions on how to use it.

4) How to Use the Voucher

When your manuscript is accepted (APC stage), please provide:

  • Manuscript ID

  • Corresponding author name

  • Voucher code(s) (or confirmation email)
